Fondant and Flour delivers fresh, stylish Yamba catering for weddings, parties and community events. From finger food to lavish grazing tables and hearty roast meals, we provide catering packages designed to suit your guest list and venue.

FINGER FOOD

  • $40 per person – 6 pieces (minimum 50 guests)
  • $55 per person – includes a grazing table (minimum 50 guests) A sample menu can be provided upon request. Bookings must be made directly through us.

GRAZING TABLES

Available in two sizes:

  • 2 metres – $1,250 (suitable for 50–60 guests)
  • 3.5 metres – $2,200 (suitable for 80–100 guests)

INCLUSIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Price includes full set-up and the use of our equipment and props.
  • Clients must provide a suitable table and table covering.
  • All props and equipment must be returned to the café within 48 hours of the event.
  • Grazing tables are presented as flat lays, 700mm wide by either 2m or 3.5m long.

ROAST MEAT CATERING

$50 per person minimum order 30 people

  • Choice of 2 roast meats, slow roasted in the café and sliced ready to reheat and serve.
  • Lamb, Pork, Turkey, Chicken, Beef (vegetable lasagna)
  • Roast Potato and Roast Pumpkin
  • Choice of 3 salads
  • Gravy, bread roll with butter portions & suitable condiments

AVAILABILITY

We are limiting the number of large events we cater each month, with a focus on bookings held at the Surf Club (maximum once per month).
